This drug and alcohol IOP is for women in Orange County who need several treatment days a week and still live at home. Care focuses on alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and stimulants, with relapse-prevention planning and support for co-occurring anxiety, depression, or trauma. Many women step down from addiction PHP.
Looking for support focused on anxiety, depression, or trauma? See our intensive outpatient program in Orange County for mental health.
When you're ready to step down, our outpatient rehab program in Orange County keeps you connected to your care team.
Alcohol rehab for women is the page for drinking as the main concern.
Is this the right fit?
Who our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is for
Our IOP is for women 18 and older who need more than weekly therapy but can keep up with work, school, or family. You attend several sessions a week for a few hours at a time, in person in San Juan Capistrano or virtually, with daytime and evening options. Women's mental health IOP treats anxiety, depression, or trauma when substance use is not the main concern.
A good fit if
- You are stepping down from PHP and want to keep regular support.
- Substance use or symptoms are affecting daily life, but you are safe at home between sessions.
- You need treatment that fits around a job or caregiving.
Start somewhere else if
- You may have dangerous withdrawal from alcohol, benzodiazepines, or opioids. Medically supervised withdrawal care comes first; admissions can talk through that step.
- You are in immediate danger or thinking about ending your life. Call 911 or 988 now, before anything else.
- You need treatment most of the day right now. Partial hospitalization (PHP) is the next step up.
