Stephanie has worked in the field of substance abuse and mental health for over 11 years.  Her background is multifaceted, ranging from admission and business development to program directing and curriculum building. She has seen the need for all women’s aftercare for some time now and is truly fueled by passion to help women succeed in their recovery journey. She aims to create safety, support and an all over environment that breeds authenticity and discovery of oneself. 

Danelle Baie

Program Director

Danelle Baie has been working in the addiction and mental health field since 2003. . Danelle started her pathway of helping others in recovery at a women’s only treatment center from 2003 to 2017. She has a longstanding history and passion for helping women, and is in recovery herself. Helping others in their recovery is something she finds rewarding. Experiencing her own struggles with addiction, trauma, and mental health in her life from a young age, ultimately led Danelle to becoming a licensed counselor.

Danelle started in the field as a support staff member. From there, she grew to a case management position which has transformed into her role of leading programs in the role of Program Director and overall facilities manager. 

Danelle believes In finding the underlying reasons behind why addiction and mental health issues and addressing them straight on. She likes to utilize several healing modalities while helping others physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She incorporates these practices into her own life, and teaches others through example. Danelle is patient, understanding, goal oriented, and builds true rapport with her clients . Danelle’s abilities extend beyond the individual client as she enjoys working with families.  She believes in the impact of creating healing among a family.

In her spare time Danelle enjoys nature, yoga, cooking and traveling! 

Rev. Arlene Hylton

Spiritual Advisor

Rev. Arlene Hylton is a Spiritual Advisor and Teacher. She is a
licensed non-denominational Minister based in the State of
California. Rev. Arlene supports individuals in realizing their
highest potential. Her support of individuals in recovery is based
on each person realizing a Higher Power that is active and fully
available in and as their life. Through Prayer, Meditation, Group
facilitation and Process’s as well as 1:1 Sessions and Spiritual
Counsel clients are given tools to remember the connection they
have with their Higher Power. Clients are also given Spiritual
Principles daily Spiritual Practice’s to support them in living a
life of recovery and fulfillment. Rev. Arlene sees the potential in
each client and identifies the God given potential within them.
Rev. acknowledges the pain of the past within each client yet
encourages each one to start creating a future with their Higher
Power as their support. Rev. Arlene believes “Our higher power
is greater than any past mis-takes or trauma and Healing is
available to everyone”. Through Spiritual Guidance of Rev.
Arlene, the mental work of the client’s therapist and the physical
work of the client’s case manager each client addresses their
totality and the Healing process is cultivated.

Jennifer Griffith

Jennifer Griffith

Therapist - Co Founder

Jennifer Griffith has dedicated her life to fostering a comfortable, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where people find their worth, make peace with, and value their circumstances. Jennifer earned a B.A. in Psychology from The College of the Holy Cross with two minors in cultural and religious studies. Knowing that she wanted to be a therapist since third grade, she then pursued a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC), focusing on Organizational Behavior Management and Veteran Affairs. Jennifer specializes in neurodivergent and trauma-informed care.

Christina Rendon

Clinical Therapist

Christina Rendon is an associate therapist with years of experience in mental health and holistic wellness, including specialized work in treatment centers for mental health and substance use. She blends evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to meet each client where they are on their journey. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, Christina supports individuals through life transitions and personal goals, helping them reconnect with their authentic truth. She believes that true healing involves integrating all parts of the self, and assists clients in cultivating new awareness, self-discovery, and lasting transformation for more fulfilling lives. Christine enjoys utilizing DBT, internal family systems,, and attachment theory in her curriculum, Beyond her clinical work, Christina is an author who enjoys writing, spending time in nature, and continuing to learn and grow.

Brittany Allen

Clinical Case Manager

Brittany is a dedicated Case Manager at Sun County Wellness, specializing in substance abuse and life skills groups. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an RADT certification, Brittany is currently pursuing advanced qualifications to become a certified drug and alcohol counselor. With over two years of experience in treatment settings and five years of prior case management experience in another field, Brittany brings a wealth of expertise and a strong foundation in client care.

Known for a direct, supportive, and compassionate approach, Brittany excels at building meaningful connections with clients while fostering accountability and growth. Highly skilled in time management, conflict resolution, and resourcefulness, Brittany is disciplined in coordinating services and helping clients navigate their recovery journey. Brittany is committed to empowering individuals to achieve lasting change and build fulfilling lives. She is also a former basketball coach and avid sports fan!

Ashley Christie

Clinical Case Manager

Ashley is a mom, a wife, and a case manager. She has been in the field for 6 years wanting to give back to others in a way that helped form and shape her life. As a case manager, using her empathy and critical thinking skills to assist clients to feel empowered and at ease is so important to her – as is creating a safe space to express their perspectives. Ashley likes to think she is her client’s right-hand assistant, offering support, guidance, and advocacy. As a team, Sun County works through the complex problem solving processes, communicates openly, and uses their empathy for each individual. Ashley has been down a similar path, and knows where to go when clients hit that fork in the road due to her personal experience. Using her years of experience as a case manager,  she applies different techniques to help individualize each treatment plan. Currently, Ashley has an AA in business management, and a RADT, and is in progress with her CADAC from Saddleback College in Human and Mental Health Services. Her personal goal is to continue her education and obtain a CADAC II and ultimately become a licensed clinician. Ashley has a passion for continually bettering herself through substance abuse and mental health educational seminars and to extend that knowledge of resources to the clients she serves. Her ultimate goal is to help her client’s live the best lives possible.

Jen Ramsden

Chief Marketing Officer

Jen is the Chief Marketing Officer at Sun County Wellness and has years of working experience in the behavioral health industry. As a beneficiary of gender specific treatment herself, Jen feels privileged to create and represent an all women’s program and loves to see the positive change that can occur in such a setting. She uses her professional experience and ongoing training in the substance abuse and mental health space to supplement her studies at the University of Miami to help those struggling in any way possible. Jen understands and has experienced the benefits of gender specific care and enjoys working alongside other aligned professionals to create a program truly tailored toward the female experience. She believes that if women are given a safe environment paired with compassionate and talented behavioral health professionals, they can ultimately design the life they deserve for themselves.
